Plot Summary
Dragons, often thought of as the natural foes of humanity, roam the earth, their origins steeped in ancient lore. There are only two ways to defeat these powerful creatures: either by freezing their blood with a special silver known as silverine, made from silver weapons, or by exposing them to the harsh rays of sunlight. In this world, a young hunter named Leonica stands out, and she is joined by her dear friend Ragna. Unfortunately, Ragna struggles in their line of work and faces rejection from others who believe he brings bad luck-dragons seem to seek him out, leading to the loss of those he cares about. Despite this, Leonica sees something special in Ragna and happily teams up with him. Ragna, in turn, is convinced that Leonica's strength shields her from the misfortunes that follow him. But Ragna's faith falters when he dreams of a future where Leonica meets a terrible fate. He interprets this dream as a warning. When the day he fears arrives, he encounters a version of himself from the future, who grants him great power and memories to help protect Leonica. To succeed, Ragna needs to team up with a mysterious ally called Crimson and put an end to all dragons once and for all.
