Plot Summary

After keeping his feelings inside for five long years, high-schooler Taiju Ooki is finally ready to tell Yuzuriha Ogawa that he loves her. Just as he starts to confess, a bright green light suddenly hits the Earth, turning every human into stone, freezing them in place.Fast forward several thousand years, and Taiju wakes up to find the world completely changed. Nature has taken over, and the remnants of humanity are now just statues. But Taiju isn’t alone; he meets his friend Senkuu, who loves science and has been awake for a little while. Senkuu shares his big plan to bring civilization back to life using science. With Taiju’s strength and Senkuu's clever ideas, they form a strong team and discover a way to revive the people who were turned to stone. Senkuu's big plan faces a real test when people who wake up start questioning his beliefs. Meanwhile, no one knows why humanity turned to stone in the first place?.
