Plot Summary
Kousei Arima was once a piano prodigy, nicknamed the "Human Metronome" because of his incredible accuracy and skill. His strict mother pushed him hard, and through intense training, he became a star in every competition, earning the love of fellow musicians and fans. However, after the sudden loss of his mother, he faced a deep trauma that left him unable to hear the piano. After that, he never performed again. Now, Kousei leads a quiet life as a junior high student, hanging out with his friends Tsubaki Sawabe and Ryouta Watari. He is still trying to cope with his mother's passing, holding on to music in his own way. Everything changes when he meets the lively violinist Kaori Miyazono, who pulls him back into the world of music by asking him to accompany her. With a small fib, they begin to form a bond, and Kaori brings new energy and color into Kousei's life.
